Art In The Park
Green Community Initiative organised Art in Park. The theme ‘I want to change...’ was left open-ended for children to interpret and express on paper. The results were amazing. From air pollution to cycling space, noise pollution to garbage collection, the pain points were there for all to see.
Music In The Park
This event was a special event organised by members of Green Community Initiative (GCI). Musicians and artists across the neighborhood were invited to perform/do a random jam. The essence of activating a dead green space was initiated through this program.
'Say NO to Single Use Plastic' - I
The CR Park Green Community in collaboration with CAPP (Campaign against Plastic Pollution) invited young changemakers to lead a drive towards a plastic free neighborhood. The forum took place at the Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Memorial Society basement.
'Say NO to Single Use Plastic' -II
With the on-going agenda of 'No Plastic', the forum continued to its next step and the members of GCI along with the residents of C.R.Park were invited to lead the drive along with the shop keepers and consumers to make them aware of the plastic pollution and to find alternative solutions.
